Thinking about your retreat focus: why does it matter? What’s the “So What?” of it?
Identify or revisit and reconnect with your core values
Explore how you can lean into your values to maintain clarity and motivation in the face of competing demands
Day 2 - Thursday, July 30
Distractions, Road Blocks, & “Pebbles”
What pulls you off-course? We will identify your distractions, road blocks, and the “pebbles in your shoe,” with an emphasis on how to see them coming and prevent, minimize, and overcome them
We’ll practice a variety of activities that support present moment awareness to help you be more focused, effective, and less reactive
We’ll delve into the power of small habits and identify personal interventions you can use to bring yourself back when distractions, road blocks, and “pebbles” threaten to pull you off course
Day 3 - Friday, July 31
Supported Silence
You will have the opportunity to dive deep into your own wisdom
Prompts for reflection and writing will be available to support your thinking
1:1 sessions with J.Marie will give you an experienced thought partner to help you navigate challenges that emerge
Day 4 - Saturday, August 1
Integration & Next Steps
Research shows that you don’t need to have a whole plan figured out in order to move forward effectively. You just need clarity of purpose and an achievable next step
We’ll spend today in reflection, integration, and dialogue about what emerged during your day of supported silence and help you identify your next step
