Base Pricing, Private Bedroom:
$1,600 per person - this includes:
Five (5) days of workshops, retreat activities, and on-site recreation
Four (4) nights’ accommodations in a private bedroom with a queen or king sized bed
All meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks
Shared Room Discount:
If you and a friend would like to share a room, you’ll each save $300.
Reach out to J.Marie directly to discuss the available room / bed configurations. There is one room with two separate beds and several rooms with king beds. Shared king size beds can be made with two sets of linens upon request in order to provide extra comfort and separation between the sleepers.
Optional Early Arrival:
If you’d like to arrive on Tuesday, July 28, doors will open at 5 pm. No formal activities or prepared meals will be offered on Tuesday, but you are welcome to settle in and enjoy the beautiful cabin, on-site recreation facilities, and surrounding forest.
You will also have full access to the kitchen, which will be well stocked with snacks and beverages. Those who arrive early will also be provided with a full buffet breakfast on Wednesday. This option is an additional $200.
Bathrooms Options:
Most accommodations will include access to shared bathrooms.
A limited number of suites with private bathrooms are available. If you would like to guarantee a private bathroom for your exclusive use, that will be an additional $200. Reach out to J.Marie directly to confirm that this option remains available.
Reservation Deposit:
A $500 deposit reserves your spot. Payment in full is due by July 15.
This deposit is non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled for any reason.
Minimum / Maximum Participants:
A minimum of four participants confirmed by June 26 is necessary for the retreat to proceed.
Registration is capped at 8-10 participants (depending on potential room-sharing arrangements).
