Diane Bradford
Diane Bradford started on a path to be a high school English and Theatre teacher, but found her true passion working with adults. Nevertheless, education continued to beckon. After several years working in school offices and in district-level departments, she followed a deep interest in communications, especially interpersonal communication skills. Diane has over 25 years of experience working in education and the past 15 years in school district communications. She served the past five years as the Director of Communications and Public Relations for Mukilteo School District, a diverse district just north of Seattle.
Helping school and district staff polish their communication skills soon became the favorite part of her job. With additional training in neuro-linguistic programming, storytelling, voice and stage acting, Diane’s keynotes and trainings are entertaining, engaging and educational. She enjoys helping others develop positive relationships through respectful and flexible communication techniques. She is an advocate for engaging classified staff, supporting diverse family needs, and recognizing strengths in different personalities and working styles.
Diane lives in Washington state with her husband, their two teenagers, and two cats. She enjoys fun, sassy family board game nights and loves to garden, work with polymer clay, and dance.
