Shayla Ebrecht
Shayla Ebrecht is an experienced business professional and entrepreneur with a passion for helping others reach their goals. She has a background in finance, program management, leadership, and operations, and has worked in a variety of industries, including retail, banking, aerospace manufacturing, and information technology. Shayla began her career in retail commercial banking, working varying roles.
During her time there, she developed a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of business owners, as well as a deep knowledge of leveraging the banking industry to grow businesses. She then moved on to a program management role, where she was responsible for developing and executing change management and large-scale processes within a global supply chain. In her most recent role, Shayla is a Senior Program Manager within a global IT retailer. She is responsible for managing a global policy enforcement program and leads large scale, process improvement initiatives.
Shayla is passionate about helping others reach their goals and is an active mentor in her community. Shayla has an MBA from Washington State University in finance and currently lives near Snohomish, Washington with her husband, two children, and two cats.
